ARYA This non-profit school opened in 2001 and currently has 720 students enrolled in kindergarten through 10th grade. 60 to 90 students in the 4-5 year age group are admitted every year in kindergarten. Total strength will be about 950 students up to 12th grade. It is a co-educational english medium school affiliated with CBSE and the first graduating class will earn their high school (10+2) diplomas in 2012.  School was started as a Hindi Medium school with the thinking that rural kids might have difficulty to pull along in an English Medium school, however, realizing that English Medium is a necessity for the modern education, the medium was changed to English after 3 years.  Spread over 28 acres, the school has 45,000 square feet of covered area as a three-storey building. Mr. and Mrs. Arya donated 25 acres toward grounds from their own agricultural holdings, and bought the remaining three acres. In addition to a traditional classroom curriculum, the students at Sukh Ram Memorial Public School also benefit from learning about Indian culture and taking part in physical education, yoga, public speaking and gardening etc. A typical school day lasts about one hour longer than the government schools, and the school year is also 30-40 days longer than that of a government school.  The Aryas, who dream of making the Sukh Ram Memorial Public School one of the best schools in the nation, have thus far spent over $900,000.00 of their own money and provide for the yearly deficit in running expenses to the tune of 10-15 thousand dollars.
